I recently stumbled across the idea of a social media hub, by recently I mean earlier today. At first I didn't really understand what the use would be, especially since all I was doing was reading about them. After further investigation I realized that, for people who have numerous social media outlets, these things only made sense.
Basically you pick which service provider best suits you. (I chose flavors.me because I liked the simple layout and attention to design) Then you create an account, and link your social networking sites to the page. I had my flavors.me site created in less than 10 minutes, and in my opinion it looks great. I don't know about the other sites, but flavors.me offers a $20/year premium account that gives you more interactive layouts, tracking features, and a specified domain...again I chose it for the simplicity so the free account is perfect for me.
As social media becomes more prevalent in our lives, I'm glad to see that there are people figuring out how to link our social identities together...it is much easier to keep track of things that way. Give these sites a shot, and check mine out while you are at it.
